**What is BookMyFarm?**
An Indian booking platform for private farmhouses, villas and resorts: 700+ properties across 70+ cities, founded in 2025 in Surat, Gujarat, by Mujammil Pinjara.

**How do I book?**
Pick a city or search by dates, guests and budget, open a listing, choose your dates and pay on the site or app. Confirmation is instant.

**Is the whole property mine?**
Farmhouses, villas and weekend homes are booked whole: the house, lawn and pool are for your group only. Resorts are booked by the room with a shared pool.

**Can I book a farmhouse for one day?**
Yes. Many farmhouses offer a day slot as well as a 24-hour stay; the listing shows the price for each.

**Can I talk to the owner before booking?**
Yes. Every listing has a chat that goes straight to the owner, with no agent or broker in between.

**What is the cancellation policy?**

**How much does it cost an owner to list?**
