## What BookMyFarm lists

- **Farmhouses** ([all farmhouses](https://bookmyfarm.net/farmhouse)): booked whole, usually with a lawn, a private pool and a sound system. Best for groups, parties and day outings. Many offer a cheaper day slot as well as a 24-hour stay.
- **Villas** ([all villas](https://bookmyfarm.net/villa)): a whole holiday home, often with a private pool. Best for families, couples and overnight stays.
- **Resorts** ([all resorts](https://bookmyfarm.net/resort)): booked by the room, with a shared pool and, at most resorts, an on-site restaurant.
- Weekend homes and apartments are also listed.

Prices are for the whole property (farmhouses, villas) or per room per night (resorts). Property pages use a BMF code (for example BMF-F213) instead of the owner's property name; the exact address is shared after booking.

## Where

Started in Gujarat and Maharashtra; now in 70+ cities including Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Navsari, Daman, Mumbai, Thane, Lonavala, Karjat, Igatpuri, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Udaipur, Jaipur, Indore, Nagpur, Gir Somnath and Goa. ## How booking works

1. Find a stay by city, area, type or occasion, or search by dates, guests and budget.
2. Each property page shows photos, amenities, day and night guest limits, check-in and check-out times, house rules and the price for your date.
3. Chat with the owner directly from the listing: no agent or broker in between.
4. Book and pay on the site or app (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Confirmation is instant.
5. Cancellation terms vary by property and are shown before you pay ([cancellation policy](https://bookmyfarm.net/house-cancellation-policy)).

There is no membership fee for guests and no hidden fees: extras are itemised before payment.

## Owner model

- Listing is free. BookMyFarm earns a commission only on confirmed bookings.
- Owners register at https://bookmyfarm.net/owner/register; the team checks each property before it goes live.
- Owners set their own prices (weekday, weekend, festival), day and night slots, house rules and blocked dates, and can sync calendars with other platforms.
- Payouts go to the owner's registered bank account after the guest checks in.
