How can I contact BookMyFarm?

What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM (IST). Messages sent outside these hours are answered when we reopen.
How do I book a farmhouse, villa or resort?
Search your city, pick your dates and number of guests, open a property to see its price for that date, then book and pay online. Confirmation is instant, and the address and caretaker details are shared after booking.
What is included in the price?
Farmhouse and villa prices are for the whole property for your booking slot, not per person; resort prices are per room. What is included (pool, rooms, kitchen, parking and so on) is listed on each property page, and any extra charges are shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
Pay online when you book, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. You receive confirmation straight away by email and in the app.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, within the cancellation terms for your booking, which depend on the property and how far ahead you change or cancel. The full rules are on our cancellation policy page. Contact support with your booking ID for a change of date.
When will I get my refund?
Eligible refunds under the cancellation policy go back to your original payment method. If you have not received a refund you expected, contact support with your booking ID.
Can I bring more guests than the listed limit?
Each property has a day and a night guest limit set by the host, shown on the property page. Ask our team before booking if you need more; extra guests are allowed only with the host's approval.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the host. The pet rule is shown on every property page, and many properties welcome pets. Mention your pet when you book.
What if something is wrong when I arrive?
Call or WhatsApp our support team straight away with your booking ID and photos. We work with the caretaker and the owner to fix it, or help you with the next steps.
Can you help with group bookings, parties or corporate events?
Yes. Tell us the date, city, number of guests and the occasion, and our team will suggest properties that fit, including ones with large lawns, sound systems or on-site restaurants.
I own a farmhouse or villa. How do I list it?
Register for free at bookmyfarm.net/owner/register or in the app, then add your property details and photos. We check the property, help with the listing and pricing, and handle bookings and payments, while you keep control of your calendar.

If you are still deciding, you may not need us at all — most questions are answered on the listing itself. Every property page shows live availability, the full price for your dates, the guest limit, house rules and the complete amenity list, so you can compare a private pool villa against a larger farmhouse before getting in touch.
You can also message the property owner directly from any listing. BookMyFarm connects guests and hosts without a broker in between, so questions about the pool, the kitchen, check-in timing or your group size can go straight to the person who owns the farmhouse.
