BookMyFarm lists 67 private farmhouses across Delhi NCR: 38 in Noida, 23 in Gurugram and a handful inside Delhi itself. 63 of them have a private swimming pool, most weekday full-day bookings fall between ₹13,000 and ₹22,000, and guests have rated these stays 4.5 out of 5 across 408 reviews. Every booking is for the whole property, so the pool, lawn and rooms are only for your group.

This page explains where the farmhouses in Delhi NCR actually are, how far each cluster is from central Delhi and the airport, what you get for the price, and which properties suit a birthday, a pool day, a large family or a quiet night away. The numbers on this page come from the live listings on BookMyFarm (September 2026), not from estimates.

Where the farmhouses in Delhi NCR are

Almost every farmhouse near Delhi that you can rent for a day or a night sits in one of two belts on the edge of the city. Knowing which belt is closer to you matters more than anything else, because a 40-minute drive and a two-hour drive through NCR traffic turn the same booking into two very different days.

Noida: the expressway belt (38 farmhouses)

The largest group is in Noida, along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. Most of these properties are within a few kilometres of the Aqua Line metro stations at Sector 142 to Sector 148, in the farmhouse pockets around Sector 135 and Sector 150. From the middle of this cluster it is about 28 km by road to Connaught Place, 15 km to Botanical Garden metro and 42 km to IGI Airport.

Noida suits groups coming from East and South-East Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, because the expressway is quicker than crossing the city. All 38 are farmhouses, 36 have a private pool and 37 have a sound system. A typical weekday full-day booking here costs around ₹15,800. See all of them on the farmhouse in Noida page.

Gurugram: the Sohna Road and Aravalli belt (23 farmhouses)

The second group is south of Gurugram, around Badshahpur, Sohna Road and the Aravalli foothills near Damdama Lake. The middle of this cluster is about 12 km from Sohna, 16 km from Huda City Centre metro, 32 km from IGI Airport and 43 km from Connaught Place.

Gurugram is the easier side for groups from West and South-West Delhi, Dwarka, Gurugram itself and anyone flying in. It also has the widest price spread in NCR, from simple day-use farmhouses to large premium estates: weekday full-day prices start at ₹3,500 and the middle of the range is ₹17,600. 22 of the 23 have a private pool and 18 have a kids' play area. Browse them on the farmhouse in Gurgaon page.

    Inside Delhi

A few properties are inside the city limits, in the Chhatarpur and IGNOU Road area in the south, Hamidpur and Alipur in the north, and Rohini. They are closest for anyone who does not want to leave Delhi, but there are only a handful, so book early for weekends.

AreaFarmhousesTypical weekday priceTo Connaught PlaceTo IGI Airport
    Noida (expressway)38₹15,800~28 km~42 km
    Gurugram (Sohna Road)23₹17,600~43 km~32 km
Hamidpur Village (North Delhi)2₹44,200~8 km~22 km

Distances are road distances from the centre of each cluster; individual properties can be a few kilometres either side.

Noida or Gurugram: which side suits your group?

    • Where most of your guests live. This decides it most of the time. East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad point to Noida; West Delhi, Dwarka, Gurugram and the airport point to Gurugram.
    • Metro access. The Noida cluster is close to the Aqua Line, which helps if some guests are coming without a car. The Gurugram cluster is further from any metro line, so plan cabs.
    • Budget. Noida prices are tightly grouped around ₹15,800 on weekdays. Gurugram has both the cheapest and the most expensive options in NCR, so it rewards filtering by price.
    • Kids. 18 of 23 Gurugram properties and 20 of 38 Noida properties list a kids' play area; 31 across NCR have a separate kids' pool.
    • Size. Both sides have 2 BHK to 5 BHK options; the largest estates, up to 10 bedrooms, are the ones to shortlist first for big families.

What a farmhouse in Delhi NCR usually includes

Across all 67 listings, this is how often each facility appears:

    FacilityShare of Delhi NCR farmhouses
    Private swimming pool94%
    Garden or lawn96%
    Sound system91%
    Air-conditioned rooms100%
    Kids' play area61%
    Separate kids' pool46%
    Home theatre22%
    Game zone21%

In practice that means a pool, a lawn for music and games, and air-conditioned bedrooms are standard. What separates one property from another is the size of the lawn, whether there is a separate shallow pool for children, indoor entertainment for the evening, and how many guests the host allows during the day and overnight.

Farmhouse in Delhi on rent: what it costs

Prices on BookMyFarm are for the whole property, not per person. Weekday and weekend prices differ, and most hosts charge the same or slightly less for a day visit than for a 24-hour stay.

    NoidaGurugramAll Delhi NCR
    Lowest weekday full-day price₹10,600₹3,500₹3,500
    Typical weekday price₹15,800₹17,600₹16,700
    Typical weekend price₹18,300₹21,100₹19,400

Three things move the price more than anything else: the day of the week (typical weekend prices run about 15–20% above weekdays), the number of bedrooms, and whether the property has extras such as a large party lawn or a restaurant. 28 of the 67 properties are under ₹15,000 on a weekday; the budget farmhouses in Delhi page lists the lowest-priced ones first. Some hosts also take a refundable security deposit, typically around ₹5,000, which is shown on the property page before you pay.

    Day visit or overnight stay

Many groups book a farmhouse in Delhi for one day: arrive late morning, use the pool and lawn, and leave in the evening. Others stay the night for a party that runs late. Every property publishes separate day and night guest limits, and 12 of them run two separate slots, a day slot and a night slot, so check the timings on the property page. The farmhouse in Delhi for one day page explains day-use timings and prices in detail.

How many guests can you bring?

Hosts set two limits: how many people can visit during the day and how many can stay overnight. For Delhi NCR the typical limit is about 16 guests, and the largest properties take 500 or more for day events. Overnight limits are lower because they depend on bedrooms and beds. If your group is bigger than 20, start with the large group farmhouses in Delhi, which are sorted by capacity.

Farmhouses in Delhi for every occasion

When to book a farmhouse near Delhi

October to March is the most comfortable time. Days are pleasant, evenings on the lawn are cool, and it covers Diwali, Christmas and New Year, so weekends in this period fill up first. December and January nights get cold and foggy, so for an overnight stay check that the rooms have heaters or ask the host.

April to June is pool season. Daytime temperatures in Delhi regularly go past 40°C, which makes a private pool the main reason to book. Prefer properties with shade around the pool, and plan outdoor activities for the evening.

July to September is the monsoon. Rain showers make the lawns green and the air cooler, and weekday prices are usually at their most flexible. Choose a property with a covered sitting area or indoor games in case of heavy rain, and check the road conditions before you leave.

House rules to check before you book

Rules are set by each host and shown on the property page. The ones that most often decide whether a property suits your plan are:

    • ID at check-in. Most hosts ask every adult guest for a valid government ID when you arrive; it is written into the house rules of more than half of the Delhi NCR listings.
    • Music timings. Several hosts ask that loud music stops by 10 PM out of respect for neighbours. If your party will run late, confirm the host's timing before you book.
    • Alcohol and outside food. 33 hosts allow alcohol and 30 allow outside food; a few do not, so check if either matters to you.
    • Groups of friends. 32 hosts accept groups of friends; the rest prefer families.
    • Firecrackers. Some hosts allow them and some do not, and local restrictions around Diwali change from year to year. Check both before planning any.
    • Security deposit. Where a host takes one, the amount is shown before payment and refunded after check-out if nothing is damaged.

These are the highest-rated properties with at least six guest reviews. Ratings and prices update on each property page; the figures here are weekday full-day prices.

Getting to a farmhouse near Delhi

To the Noida farmhouses: from central and South Delhi, the usual route is across the Yamuna via the DND Flyway or Kalindi Kunj and then down the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. Guests without a car can take the Blue Line to Noida Sector 52, change to the Aqua Line at Noida Sector 51, and take a cab from the Sector 142–148 stations for the last few kilometres.

To the Gurugram farmhouses: most routes run along NH-48 towards Gurugram and then south on Sohna Road or Golf Course Extension Road. The nearest metro is Huda City Centre (Millennium City Centre), about 16 km from the middle of the cluster, so most groups drive or book cabs for everyone.

Weekend traffic out of Delhi is heaviest on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. If you have a choice, check in before 11 AM and leave after the evening rush, or book a weekday when roads and prices are both easier.

Farmhouse or banquet hall: what a private farmhouse costs per guest

For a celebration, the fairest comparison is cost per guest. Dividing each Delhi NCR farmhouse's weekday price by the number of guests its host allows gives a typical figure of about ₹900 per guest for the whole day, for the venue only. For that you get the entire property to yourselves: a private pool, a lawn, bedrooms to rest or change in, and no fixed slot ending mid-party. Food is extra. Many hosts allow outside food or catering (30 say so in their rules), so you can order from a caterer you already trust.

Planning checklist for a day at a farmhouse

    • Confirm the day and night guest limits with your final headcount, not your first estimate.
    • Check the check-in and check-out times, or which slot you have booked if the property runs day and night slots.
    • Carry ID for every adult guest.
    • Pack swimwear and a change of clothes for everyone who will use the pool, plus towels if the property page does not list them.
    • Bring an extension board and a phone cable for the sound system, and agree the music cut-off time with your group in advance.
    • In the monsoon, carry mosquito repellent. In winter, carry warm layers for the evening on the lawn.
    • Plan food: cook yourselves if the kitchen is equipped, order in, or arrange a caterer if outside food is allowed.
