Listing is free. BookMyFarm earns a commission only on confirmed bookings; the rate is agreed with each owner and shown in the owner terms and your dashboard.
Which properties can be listed?
Farmhouses, villas, resorts, weekend homes and similar private stays anywhere in India. Farmhouses and villas are booked as a whole property; resorts can be booked by the room.
What do I need before I start?
Your property address and location pin, clear photos of every room and outdoor area, your weekday, weekend and festival prices, check-in and check-out timings, guest limits and house rules. You can save a draft and finish later.
Who sets the price and the calendar?
You do. You set weekday, weekend and festival prices, day and night slots and guest limits, and you can block dates whenever you want to use the property yourself. The calendar can also sync with other platforms.
How are payments made?
Guests pay online when they book. Your earnings are paid to the bank account you add in the owner dashboard; payout timing is set out in the owner terms.
Do I need GST or a local licence to list?
That depends on your state, your turnover and how you run the property. BookMyFarm cannot give tax or legal advice, so please check with a tax adviser or your local authority. You can add GST details in the owner dashboard if you are registered.
