Demand is strongest from October to March, when the weather is pleasant, and around Holi, Diwali and New Year. Summers are very hot, so a shaded, well-maintained pool and air conditioning in every room decide summer bookings. Weekday corporate offers work well thanks to the industrial belt nearby.

Delhi groups ask about music, food and alcohol rules first. State them clearly, along with check-in times and the guest limit, and take a refundable deposit for parties.

Water and power matter in Rajasthan summers. A borewell or tanker arrangement, a generator and regular pool treatment avoid the most common complaints.

Neemrana owners compete on the drive from Delhi and on space. Mention minutes from the highway, parking for buses for offsites, and whether you can host events.
