BookMyFarm operates as a mediator or facilitator between the Host (property owner) and the Customer (guest). We do not own, manage, operate, or control any of the listed farmhouses, villas, or resorts.
All property-related information such as descriptions, photographs, amenities, facilities, and pricing is provided solely by the Host. BookMyFarm does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such details.
BookMyFarm’s role is limited to providing a digital platform for enabling communication, bookings, and payments between Hosts and Customers.

- The Host is solely responsible for the accuracy of property information, availability, and fulfillment of amenities as described in the listing.
- Any issues, disputes, or discrepancies related to stay experience, facility defects, or refund claims are to be resolved directly between the Host and Customer.
- BookMyFarm shall not be held responsible for any refund, compensation, damage, or claim unless the Host explicitly agrees in writing to offer such compensation.
- BookMyFarm does not collect or verify customer ID proofs. It is the Host’s responsibility to collect, verify, and maintain any required identification as per local laws or regulations.
- BookMyFarm is not responsible for any legal, civil, or criminal disputes arising between Hosts and Customers.
5. Sharing of Information
- Hosts: to fulfill booking requests and coordinate stays.
- Service providers: for payment processing, communication, analytics, and support.
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
