Fill your rooms with groups and getaways
Resorts earn on occupancy. BookMyFarm guests who search for resorts are often groups, families travelling together and companies planning an offsite. List free, sell rooms one at a time or the whole property, and keep your own rates and policies.

Three kinds of resort booking
Resort demand mixes small bookings with big ones, which is why room-level inventory matters.
Room bookings
Couples and families who want a resort experience without renting a whole property. One or two rooms, one or two nights.
Group stays
Extended families, wedding guests and friend groups booking several rooms together, often with meals.
Corporate offsites
Teams that need rooms, a hall or lawn for sessions, meals and activities, usually on weekdays when leisure demand is low.
Sell rooms, not just weekends

Resort owner questions
Can guests book individual rooms at my resort?
Yes. Unlike farmhouses and villas, which are booked whole, resorts can be booked by the room, so a couple and a 30-person group can both book with you.
Can I take group and corporate bookings?
Yes. Groups can book several rooms or the whole property. For larger offsites, describe your halls, meal plans and activities in the listing so groups know what you can host.
Will listing on BookMyFarm clash with my other channels?
Calendar sync lets you connect other platforms you already use so availability stays consistent and you avoid double bookings.
Who sets room rates and policies?
You do: room rates for weekdays, weekends and festivals, inclusions such as breakfast, and your own house and cancellation policy.
What registrations does a resort need?
Resorts often need local trade, tourism, fire-safety, food and GST registrations, plus guest registration with local police in some states. Requirements vary, so check with your local authority or adviser. BookMyFarm does not give legal or tax advice.
Is there a listing fee for resorts?
No. Listing is free, and a commission applies only to confirmed bookings, as per the owner terms.
More for property owners
GST, local registration, licences, fire and safety rules and guest-registration requirements differ by state and by how you operate. This page is general information, not legal or tax advice; check with your local authority or a tax adviser. Commission, payout timing and verification steps are set out in the owner terms and your owner dashboard.
